Just can't get enough... Spring 2014
English Sparkling wine that is. The southern English producers are in the envious (if annoying) position of having a truly great high quality product that everybody wants. However a tap cannot just be turned on, and new plantings are 3-5 years away from production. In the meantime it's all being slurped up by a newly engaged public who have now fully accepted that we can indeed make the real bubbly stuff. Just don't expect it to be cheap! (the best things never are..)
