Bespoke Wine Tasting

Everything you ever wanted to know about wine

Wineclass comes to you to host a wine tasting at your venue (home, work, restaurant, hotel etc). Whilst you sit back and relax, we'll guide you through a fine selection of wines over a couple of hours. All you need is a chair, an inquisitive palate, and enthusiasm - we'll bring everything else.

Our mini masterclass taster session covers 5 different wine varieties (usually 2 whites, a rosé and 2 reds) from different countries and producers. Champagne and/or dessert wine can be added as an extra if desired. Using these quality examples of classic styles, we taste the differences, learn what they mean and also cover wine faults and myths, food matches and the worlds main wine regions. It is a fun and informal atmosphere with plenty of time for discussion and those awkward wine questions.

Three levels of introductory wine tasting are available at £15, £20 and £25 per head, all of good quality characterful wines. The minimum charge for an event is £150. To keep things nice and personal we recommend a maximum of 20 guests, but tuition for smaller groups, and even one to one, is also available.

Bespoke tastings are just that… If you would like to tailor an event to suit your needs, just let us know. Australian wines only? No worries! All pink? Not a problem, it's your personal wine session.

The small print - All tastings require a 50% deposit to secure a tasting date, with full balance required one week prior to the event. Payment by BACS or cleared cheque. Exceptional travel or accommodation will be charged at cost by prior arrangement.
